Who we are
With roots dating back to 1843, Sheldon Bosley Knight has built generations of trust across the Midlands through professional property services, expert advice, and a deep understanding of local markets.
Born out of the success of Sheldon Bosley Knight, today SBK Property Group is a full-service land and property management group, servicing multiple customer audiences, encompassing 10 brands, employing over 170 people and operating across 18 sites.
Under the leadership of Custodians - Mike Cleary and Dan Jackson - the business continues to expand through a series of strategic acquisitions, diversifying its offering to encompass a breadth of land and property-related services.
What we do
The Group offers a wide range of property expertise including matters relating to; residential sales, land & new homes, auctions, planning & architecture, rural, commercial property, probate property, conveyancing and mortgage advice. Our affiliated companies - SBK Lettings and Loveitts Longlease - provide lettings and block management services respectively.
Our talented and experienced teams pride themselves on providing gold standard customer service that exceeds expectations.
Where we operate
The group is a multi-disciplinary powerhouse serving rural and urban communities across Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Leicestershire, West Midlands and the surrounding areas. We also boast a nationwide network of experts who handle smallholdings, equestrian and rural lifestyle properties, as well as property auctions and properties that are subject to probate.

Over the past decade, a series of acquisitions have propelled our growth. New brands serving new geographies have been added to the SBK family with rebranding taking place where it made sense to do so, and other brands being retained due to strength of local recognition.

From our Head Office in Leamington, to our Planning & Architecture team in Shipston-on-Stour, we have multi-disciplinary experts on the ground in each of the counties we cover and we pride ourselves on our depth of local market knowledge. Following recent growth and acquisitions, we now boast national reach through our property auctions franchises and our probate agency network.
